Whether you’re planning a hen do, stag do, or sten do, Clay Workshop in Liverpool is the perfect place to bring your group together for a bit of laughter, creativity, and memories that will last a lifetime. Our workshops are designed to keep things relaxed and fun. Perfect for letting loose and enjoying time with loved ones before the big day!
What’s Included?
Materials & Tools: All clay, tools, and glazes are provided.
Expert Guidance: Step-by-step support from our friendly ceramicists, whether you’re a total beginner or a clay enthusiast.
BYOB Option: Bring along your favourite drinks to keep the good vibes flowing (glasses and bottle openers provided).
Firing & Collecting: All your creations will be fired and glazed, ready to collect or deliver within 4–6 weeks.
Private Studio: A cosy space just for your group – maximum 16 people per session.
Workshop Packages
Choose the perfect session for your group:
1. Cheeky Hand-Building Workshop (2 Hours)
Get hands-on and create hilarious keepsakes! Sculpt:
• Booby Vases (a.k.a. Busty Beauties)
• Vagina Vases (Floral Forms)
• Penis Vases (Cheeky Chappies)

This package is perfect for a laid-back, giggly group ready to unleash their creativity.
Pricing: £60* per person
Please Note: A minimum of 5 guests is required for a private booking.
If your group has fewer than 5 people, you can either:
Pay the remaining balance to meet the 5-person minimum and enjoy full private studio hire (including BYOB, decorations, and your own playlist), or
Pay only for the number attending — however, this means the session will run as a standard workshop and the studio will not be exclusive to your group.
2. Pottery Wheel Workshop (3 Hours)
Experience the excitement of throwing on the wheel! Each person will create:
• 3 small pieces, including a vase, a mini bowl, and a mini dish.
This option is hands-on, dynamic, and guarantees lots of laughs!
Pricing: £80* per person
Maximum of 6 people on the wheel per session.
Please Note: A minimum of 6 guests is required for a private wheel session (maximum 6 on the wheels).
If fewer than 6 guests are attending, you may:
Pay the remaining balance to secure the studio privately, including BYOB and exclusive use, or
Book and pay for the number attending, understanding the session will follow the normal workshop structure and will not be private.
3. Mix & Match Workshop (3 Hours)
Can’t decide? Choose both! Your group will split time between:
• Throwing on the wheel (up to 6 people at a time).
• Hand-building fun with mugs or cheeky vases.
Perfect for groups that want a mix of experiences! Maximum of 12 people for this option.
Pricing: £100* per person
4. Private Pottery Painting (2 Hours)
A relaxed and creative option for groups who want something fun, social and flexible.
Enjoy exclusive use of the studio while you decorate your chosen ceramic pieces. Perfect for groups who want a laid-back atmosphere with music, drinks and plenty of time to catch up.

On the day, each guest chooses their own ceramic piece to decorate, from mugs and bowls to keepsakes and ornaments, and simply pays for what they paint. Pieces start from £8, with plenty of options to suit every style (and budget!).
