Planning Your Visit
Our studio is located in the heart of Liverpool’s city centre, just off Hardman Street and opposite the Bombed Out Church.
Address:
59A Roscoe Street, Liverpool, L1 9DW
-
Liverpool Central Station is the closest main station, around a 7–10 minute walk from the studio.
Liverpool Lime Street Station is also nearby, around a 10–15 minute walk.
Both stations have frequent connections to local and national destinations, including regular services from Manchester, London, and Chester.
-
Roscoe Street and Hardman Street are well served by local bus routes.
The nearest stops are on Hardman Street and Upper Duke Street, served by routes 82, 86, and 75, among others.
Most city centre routes pass within a few minutes’ walk of the studio, making it easily accessible from across Liverpool.
-
There is no on-site parking at the studio, but there are several options nearby:
Mount Pleasant Car Park (L3 5TB) – around a 5-minute walk away.
Liverpool Cathedral Car Park (L1 7AZ) – around a 6-minute walk away.
Limited on-street pay-and-display parking is available on Roscoe Street and surrounding roads, though spaces can be limited at busy times.
Please note that Roscoe Street is part of a busy city centre area, so we recommend allowing extra time to find parking.
-
We encourage sustainable travel where possible. There are bike stands available on Roscoe Street and nearby Mount Pleasant where you can safely lock your bike.
Please note: Due to limited studio space, we are unable to accommodate non-participating guests. If someone would like to stay and sit in during your booking, they must book and pay for their own space in the session. Thank you for understanding and helping us keep the studio comfortable and safe for everyone.
If you have any accessibility needs, please let us know in advance of your visit so we can make the studio as comfortable as possible for you. For example, if you require space for a wheelchair or are bringing a pram, giving us notice allows us to prepare the space accordingly.
Every 5–6 weeks, we schedule a short studio shutdown period. This allows our team time to rest and reset, while we carry out essential kiln servicing and general studio maintenance.
As a busy working studio, these closure weeks are important to ensure everything continues running smoothly and safely for our customers.
During shutdown periods, the studio is fully closed. This means collections, workshops, and pottery painting bookings will not be available.
If you are travelling to collect your pieces, please make sure to check our planned closure dates in advance.
Thank you for your understanding and continued support.
